Golden State Warriors forward Kevin Durant will have his injured right calf re-evaluated before Game 2 of the Western Conference finals but is "not close" to returning to action, according to league sources
Durant hasn't resumed basketball related activities yet, which would be the first step in returning to action.
Durant missed Tuesday's Game 1 win over the Portland Trail Blazers with the injury, and will miss Thursday night's Game 2 as well. Warriors coach Steve Kerr said Monday that a "more detailed update" on Durant would come Thursday.
UPDATE: Kevin Durant will miss remainder of playoffs.
